Requirements
Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics / Pediatric Critical Care, as applicable.Strong consultant-level clinical experience.Tier 1 / internationally recognized qualifications and experience preferred.UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board, or Canadian Board preferred.Must be eligible for Consultant-level DHA licensing.Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

We are seeking an experienced Consultant PICU / Consultant Urgent Care Physician to join a prestigious healthcare organization in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consultant-level assessment and management of critically ill and acutely unwell pediatric patients.Lead the stabilization and management of patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, trauma, and other complex acute conditions.Manage patients requiring advanced monitoring and critical care support.Perform and oversee appropriate emergency and critical care procedures.Coordinate patient transfers, referrals, and escalation of care when required.Lead multidisciplinary teams and participate in clinical decision-making.Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to junior doctors and medical staff.Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, patient safety, and service development initiatives.Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development programmes.Work closely with Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Surgery, and other specialist teams.
