Requirements
Experience: Typically 5-7 years in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a direct managerial or supervisory capacity.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain software, Enterprise Resource Planning , and logistics reporting tools.Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Description
Directs daily warehouse and courier operations. They oversee inventory control, optimize shipping routes, and track inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, they manage hub budgets, reconcile cash flow (like Cash on Delivery), and lead staff.
