Main Goal: Ensure effective implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of thePyramakerz STEAM program across assigned schools by overseeing academic delivery,operational readiness, and staff development, while serving as the primary link between schoolteams and Pyramakerz management.Position Summary:The Academic Supervisor plays a dual role in academic leadership and operationaloversight. They supervise School Team Leaders, Instructors, and Co-Instructors, ensuringcurriculum fidelity, smooth day-to-day operations, timely reporting, and effective use of systemssuch as the LMS. They also support recruitment, on-boarding, training, and events managementwhile maintaining strong communication with schools and internal departments.NOTE:The role holder is consequently responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of commitments andobligations of the level below.Job Responsibilities: School & Curriculum OversightMonitor lesson delivery and ensure curriculum alignment across schools.Conduct structured classroom observations and feedback sessions.Standardize teaching quality and instructional pacing across multiple sites.Lead by example by conducting two sessions per month in schools, along with delegatedpersons, to demonstrate effective teaching practices for the team.Team Supervision & DevelopmentMentor and guide Team Leaders, Instructors, and Co-Instructors.Lead on-boarding of new staff in collaboration with HR and Operations.Organize training sessions, peer observations, and professional development cycles.Reporting & Escalation ManagementConsolidate weekly reports from all assigned schools (status, incidents, media, KPIs).Apply the flag system (Green/Yellow/Red) to classify and resolve issues.Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues directly to the COO.School Coordination & CommunicationAct as the primary contact with school principals, HODs, and coordinators.Represent Pyramakerz in school meetings, parent events, and feedback sessions.Ensure consistent communication and collaboration between school teams and HQ.Operations AlignmentOversee daily school readiness, lab functionality, and attendance processes.Approve and track material and resource requests through the Ops team.Ensure smooth integration and adoption of the Pyramakerz LMS.Recruitment & On-boarding SupportCollaborate with HR in candidate evaluation for team leader ,instructor and co-instructor roles.Ensure proper on-boarding, including role review, technical training, and curriculum training .Monitor probationary performance and provide feedback to HR/COO.Event & Fair ManagementPlan and supervise all fairs, mini exhibitions, and integration events.Coordinate logistics with the Ops team and ensure school-level readiness.Oversee documentation (photos, media, certificates) in alignment with companystandards.Performance Monitoring & KPI ManagementTrack team KPIs including lesson delivery, reporting timeliness, classroom engagement,and event participation.Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve performance.Standardize evaluation processes across schools.Reporting RequirementsWeekly consolidated report for COO (school highlights, incidents, KPI review,operational gaps).Validation of Team Leaders' submissions (topics covered, parent reports, weekly status,media logs).Escalation report log with assigned resolution flags.KPI FocusConsistency and quality of program delivery across schools.Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.Operational readiness (labs, materials, LMS adoption).Effectiveness in recruitment, on boarding, and mentoring.Successful execution of events and fairs.Professional conduct and responsiveness in communications.
