Process and manage visa applications for clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with relevant regulations.Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies to facilitate timely visa approvals.Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and travel regulations for various destinations.Review and verify all submitted documents for accuracy and authenticity.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa policies, immigration laws, and travel advisories.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of visa processing with travel bookings and itineraries.Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.Track and report on application statuses, proactively addressing any issues or delays.Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving concerns.Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the visa and documentation department.
