Advising clients on the appropriate visa category based on the purpose of their travel.Explaining visa requirements, application procedures, and processing times.Assisting clients in completing visa application forms accurately.Reviewing and verifying supporting documents, such as passports, financial statements, invitation letters, and employment records.Ensuring that all applications comply with embassy, consulate, and immigration regulations.Scheduling visa appointments and biometric enrolment where required.Preparing clients for visa interviews by providing guidance on interview procedures and expected questions.Monitoring the status of visa applications and updating clients on their progress.Liaising with embassies, consulates, and visa application centres to resolve application issues when necessary.Maintaining accurate client records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal information.Keeping up to date with changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and travel regulations.Advising clients on passport validity, travel insurance, and other travel-related requirements.Handling client inquiries, complaints, and visa-related concerns professionally.
