Job Title: CCTV Monitoring OfficerDepartment: CCTV/ Loss PreventionLocation: Cairo, Nasr City EgyptLanguage: Arabic and EnglishJob Purpose:Responsible for monitoring CCTV systems across stores, warehouses and offices to protect company assets, inventory, employees and customers, detect suspicious activities and support Loss Prevention and Security investigations.Key Responsibilities:Continuously monitor CCTV cameras covering stores, cash counters, warehouses, entrances, exits and restricted areas.Identify and immediately report theft, fraud, unauthorized access, inventory discrepancies, cash irregularities and security violations.Monitor retail and warehouse activities, including receiving, stock movement and dispatch.Record and report all incidents with accurate date, time, location, camera number and incident details.Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage when authorized for investigations.Maintain CCTV footage confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access, copying or sharing.Check camera and recording system functionality and report technical problems immediately.Escalate emergencies including theft, fire, accidents, violence, unauthorized entry and property damage.Coordinate with Loss Prevention, Security, Retail Operations, Warehouse, HR and IT when required.Maintain daily CCTV monitoring and shift handover reports.Key Requirements:Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security or loss prevention, preferably in retail/warehouse operations.Good observation and incident-reporting skills.Ability to work shifts and monitor CCTV for extended periods.Arabic and English communication skills.High level of confidentiality, integrity and attention to detail.
