Administer and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance department.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the textile industry.Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
