ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBThe Team Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and the successful organization of events and working sessions. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Event Organization: Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and working sessions. Tasks include scheduling, venue booking, catering arrangements, and preparing necessary materials.• Visitor Support: Provide comprehensive support for visitors, including assisting with visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to events and visitor logistics, ensuring timely and effective communication.• Documentation: Maintain records related to events, visitors, logistics, PR/POs, and expenses, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible for the team.• PR/PO Creation: Manage the end-to-end process of creating and monitoring purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO) for the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing.• Expense Reporting: Assist the team with expenses reporting, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and adherence to financial procedures.• Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional assistance as required by the team, adapting to evolving needs and priorities.
