Requirements

Proficiency in procurement software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of procurement processes. Rawafid is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process across various construction projects, ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are acquired effectively and efficiently. You will assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing procurement documentation while collaborating closely with project managers and other departments. Your analytical skills will be key in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies. Contacting vendors to get quotations per the PR requirements. Preparing commercial comparisons of vendor quotations for approvalNegotiating with vendors for favorable commercial conditions. 5. Preparing Purchase Orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018Coordinating delivery with vendor and project teamPreparing payment certificates. Receiving material in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018. Recording vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018. Communicating with accounts & finance for the processing of payments on timeCommunicating with the project team for purchasing and delivery requirementsFiling purchase orders and payment certificates in accordance with the company policyPreparing reports from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.
