They are a growing business at the intersection of investment discipline and real-world climate impact. They operate as a lean, entrepreneurial platform with a high degree of ownership and exposure.Role Summary The Principal will support the leadership team, CEO, President and CFO across the firm’s platform, contributing across investment, platform-building, capital raising, and business development workstreams as priorities shift. They are looking for someone analytically exceptional: intellectually rigorous, commercially minded, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
