Role summary
The Principal will support the leadership team, CEO, President and CFO across the firm’s platform, contributing across investment, platform-building, capital raising, and business development workstreams as priorities shift. They are looking for someone analytically exceptional: intellectually rigorous, commercially minded, reliable, and highly detail-oriented. What you will do
Investment and strategic analysis
Perform financial modelling, market analysis, and investment underwriting
Support sourcing, transaction execution, and due diligence processes
Produce investment memos, Board materials, and strategic analysis
Support capital raising materials and investor workstreams
Track carbon market developments and develop investment views
Platform and commercial support
Support broader platform priorities across business development (carbon credit commercialization)
Help manage intermediary, investor, and corporate buyer relationships
Support commercial and legal processes
Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, including AI adoption across the platform, and other strategic projects
