Description
ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise Technical Office activities for railway projects.Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, variations, and technical reports.Resolve design conflicts and provide technical solutions to site issues.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and railway requirements.Manage technical documentation, RFIs, as-built drawings, and material submittals.Support project management in planning, progress monitoring, and technical coordination.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.6 years of relevant experience (2011–2017) in railway/infrastructure projects.Strong Technical Office and construction engineering experience.Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Good knowledge of railway civil works, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
