Strong knowledge of MEP quantity take-off and measurements.
Ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Strong knowledge of pricing, rate analysis, and cost estimation for MEP works.
Ability to prepare quotations, tender documents, and cost comparisons.
Knowledge of variation orders, claims, and subcontractor payment evaluations.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
