Required Qualifications:-Graduate of Faculty of Applied Arts, Home Economics, or a related field.-Previous experience in production follow-up, preferably with good knowledge of embroidery and printing.-Good awareness of fabrics and accessories and their production requirements.-Good knowledge of local suppliers and the ability to coordinate and follow up with them.-Able to handle and organize 100+ styles efficiently.-Strong communication and teamwork skills.-Organized, responsible, and able to follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.-Professional and decent personality with good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties1. Production Planning & Follow-UpTrack the daily progress of 100+ styles from initial sample development through final packing.Create and update detailed production tracking sheets to ensure strict adherence to target delivery dates.Monitor embroidery, printing, and garment finishing processes closely to prevent errors and delays.2. Vendor & Supplier ManagementCoordinate with local fabric, accessory, printing, and embroidery suppliers on order specifications and delivery schedules.Negotiate timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks directly with vendors to maintain smooth workflow.Evaluate vendor quality and reliability, actively sourcing backup suppliers when necessary.3. Quality Control & Material ManagementInspect incoming raw materials, fabrics, and trims to verify they match approved specifications and tech packs.Conduct regular on-site or in-house quality checks during cutting, stitching, printing, and embroidery stages.Ensure wastage is minimized and all defective items are identified and rectified immediately.4. Interdepartmental CoordinationCollaborate closely with the Design and Pattern-Making teams to resolve technical production challenges early.Partner with Purchase and Inventory teams to ensure all required accessories and fabrics are delivered on time.Provide regular status reports to the Production Manager highlighting delays, risks, and proposed solutions.
