Department: merchandisingIndustry: Apparel & Fashion / RetailKey Responsibilities:Production Follow-Up: Track and monitor all stages of the production cycle to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.Specialized Craft Tracking: Follow up directly on fabric printing and embroidery operations to ensure accurate design execution.Supplier & Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate effectively with local suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories; negotiate timelines and follow up on orders.Inventory & Materials Awareness: Assess fabric and accessory requirements per style and ensure all production inputs are available on schedule.Multi-Style Handling: Manage, organize, and track production records for 100+ styles simultaneously without compromising accuracy.Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the design, sourcing, and quality control teams to resolve any production bottlenecks.
