Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Tourism, with a minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience. A strong background in hotel revenue management and/or commercial management is required, along with hands-on experience with PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines, and OTA extranets. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, strong analytical and forecasting abilities, and an understanding of digital marketing are essential.

Role PurposeThe Revenue & Commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall commercial performance across the hospitality portfolio. This role combines Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Distribution, OTA Management, Commercial Analytics, and Digital Sales, ensuring that every property is positioned and priced correctly across direct and third-party channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute revenue strategies for all hospitality propertiesManage daily pricing, availability, restrictions, minimum stays, and inventoryMonitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, pickup, lead time, cancellations, and length of stayPrepare short-, medium-, and long-term revenue forecastsDevelop annual revenue budgets in coordination with Hospitality and FinanceConduct competitor and market analysis, including rate-shopping and demand trendsManage OTA performance across platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and other relevant channelsOptimize property listings, content, photography, descriptions, room/suite categories and promotions across digital channelsManage channel mix and reduce unnecessary reliance on high-commission channelsDevelop strategies to increase direct bookings and improve cost of acquisitionMaintain rate parity and accurate inventory across all distribution channelsManage and optimize PMS, channel manager, booking engine and revenue-management systems from a commercial perspectiveCreate promotional strategies for low-demand periods and maximize pricing during compression/high-demand datesWork closely with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, packages and target segmentsAnalyze corporate, leisure, OTA, direct and other business segmentsProduce weekly and monthly commercial performance reportsIdentify underperforming properties, channels and room/suite categories and develop corrective actionsSupport the commercial evaluation and onboarding of new hospitality propertiesMonitor guest booking behavior and use data to improve conversion and revenueEnsure commercial strategies are aligned with each property's positioning and guest experienceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, Tourism, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of hospitality experienceStrong background in hotel revenue management and/or commercial managementHands-on experience with PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines and OTA extranetsExperience managing platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia and AirbnbStrong understanding of hotel distribution and rate structuresAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets and commercial reporting capabilitiesStrong analytical and forecasting skillsAbility to interpret P&L and property-level financial performanceUnderstanding of digital marketing, conversion and customer acquisition costsExperience with revenue-management systems is highly preferred
