Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, mathematics or similar. Initial experience as a trader, with a focus on derivatives (futures, options, structured products) is a must. Sound understanding of financial markets, crypto assets, and trading mechanisms. Familiarity with reconciliation, custody and payments processes is a plus. Dedicated to work evening shifts including weekends if required. Good organizational and communication skills. Reliable, proactive and team-oriented personality. Entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity to identify new business opportunities. Ability to work independently, take initiative and ability to stay calm even in hectic situations. Fluency in English is a must; other languages are a plus. Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.

About the RoleAs a Crypto Trader with a focus on derivatives, you will be instrumental in building up our trading team in Abu Dhabi. You will be enabling Best Execution for our clients and contributing to our revenue growth.
