Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 5-15 years of experience in a Quality Manager, QC Manager, or QHSE role within manufacturing. Hands-on laboratory management experience and a strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 are essential. A proven track record in managing customer complaints, root-cause analysis, and CAPA, along with strong communication skills, is required. UAE experience is strongly preferred.
