Requirements
Education: Degree, Diploma, or relevant Professional Training Certification.
Technical Qualification: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or related functions.
Skills: Strong knowledge of QMS implementation, auditing, NCR management, corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Software: Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge: Good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements, QMS documentation, internal and external audits, quality objectives, KPIs, customer complaints, and management review processes.

Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining QMS processes in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.Prepare, review, update, and maintain QMS manuals, procedures, forms, and other documented information.Plan, coordinate, and support internal and supplier/vendor audits and assist in reporting audit findings.Identify nonconformities and potential nonconformities and support the issuance, monitoring, and closure of Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, register customer complaints, and support their resolution.Coordinate with relevant departments on root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure timely closure of nonconformities.Assist in QMS certification, surveillance, and recertification audits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective audit execution.Support monitoring of QMS performance through quality objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Assist in customer prequalification and registration processes for potential and existing customers.Support the preparation, documentation, and follow-up of Management Review Meetings (MRM).Promote awareness of QMS requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Maintain appropriate quality records and documentation in accordance with established procedures.Perform additional duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager or Management.
