Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, Technology Architecture, or related technical roles, preferably in banking or financial services. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect to define and govern infrastructure architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support enterprise applications and platforms. The Infrastructure Architect will work closely with Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, DevOps, Application, and Technology teams to ensure infrastructure designs align with Enterprise Architecture, technology standards, business requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements. Define and maintain infrastructure architecture, standards, principles, and guidelines. Design cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure architectures. Define compute, storage, network, and connectivity architecture. Define high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience architectures. Define infrastructure capacity, scalability, and performance requirements. Design infrastructure environments to support enterprise applications and platforms. Define infrastructure integration, connectivity, and communication requirements. Review and provide architecture recommendations for infrastructure designs and major projects. Assess current infrastructure against target architecture and identify gaps and modernization requirements. Identify infrastructure risks, dependencies, constraints, and potential impacts. Ensure infrastructure architecture supports business, application, security, and technology requirements. Work closely with Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, DevOps, Application, and Technology teams. Support infrastructure modernization, transformation, cloud adoption, and optimization initiatives. Maintain infrastructure architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and decision records. Ensure compliance with approved Enterprise Architecture, technology standards, security requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ overall experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, Technology Architecture, or related technical roles. Significant experience in infrastructure architecture within large and complex enterprise environments. Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred. Experience working in a SAMA-regulated environment is an advantage. Strong experience in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure architecture. Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure technologies. Strong experience designing high availability, disaster recovery, resilience, and scalable infrastructure solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS. Strong understanding of infrastructure security, connectivity, and integration requirements. Experience working with DevOps, Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, and Application teams. Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards, architecture governance, and technology lifecycle management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or other recognized infrastructure/cloud certifications are preferred
