Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Manage, Administrate, And Implement The Below Systems Office 365 Active directory management and Group Policy. File Share Management VMware and SRM environment management. CISCO UCS Veeam backup and restore solution management. Data Storage Administration. Linux Red hat Administration NetBackup solution. Deduplication disk solutions COM (System Center Operation Manager) Management . SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Management. SCSM (System Center Service Manager) Management. SMTP Server. Share Point Server. Azure Cloud Windows Servers administration including DHCP and DNS servers Manage network load balancers. Manage Data center activities including walk-through of the data center, monitor computer and facilities equipment, coordination of data center work by IT team, support system administrators, backup/recovery and maintain tape library. Adhere with DP World Global IT policies and procedures. Monitor and audit server operating systems and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, in adherence to Data Center processes regarding incident tracking, response, and documentation. Manage the disaster recovery process including regularly schedule fail over tests Monitor all data center assets for tracking information. Coordinate with vendors and resource engineers and ensure effective completion of all installation hardware at various data centers. Manage and Coordinate activities related to hardware decommissioning, rack moves and services migration within various Data Centers. Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed. Monitor network stability for the servers and performance to ensure 24x7 operations and resolving service impacts as they occur. Oversee capacity planning for the current severs farm and prepare the forecastingQualifications and Certificates: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science. Experience and Knowledge: 1:3 years of experience in the same roles V. Good knowledge for the below systems: Active directory management and Group Policy. Office 365 File Share Management VMware and SRM environment management. CISCO UCS Veeam backup and restore solution management. Data Storage Administration. Linux Red hat Administration NetBackup solution. Deduplication disk solutions COM (System Center Operation Manager) Management . SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Management.
