Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related field.Good knowledge of:Windows & Linux Server AdministrationActive Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCPMicrosoft 365 AdministrationMicrosoft Entra IDVMware vSphere, Horizon VDI, and Microsoft Hyper-VBackup Solutions (Veeam)Antivirus & Endpoint Security SolutionsDAS, NAS, and SAN Storage ConceptsPowerShell automation and scripting.Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, DNS)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and develop advanced infrastructure and cloud administration skills.
Description
Administer and support Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and related Microsoft infrastructure services.Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration including user provisioning, group management, license assignment, MFA, and identity-related operations.Monitor server health, system performance, event logs, and service availability.Administer and support virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI, and Microsoft Hyper-V.Perform routine server maintenance activities including patching, updates, and security hardening based on approved procedures.Monitor backup operations using Veeam Backup & Replication and participate in recovery validation and disaster recovery testing activities.Support DAS, NAS, SAN, and storage infrastructure monitoring and capacity management activities.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents involving servers, virtualization, storage, backup, identity, and Microsoft services.Implement approved system configurations and infrastructure changes according to IT standards and change management procedures.Monitor security alerts, system vulnerabilities, patch compliance status, and abnormal authentication activities. Participate in vulnerability remediation activities and escalate security-related issues when required.Execute PowerShell scripts and assist in maintaining automation tasks.Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and infrastructure diagrams.Prepare operational reports related to infrastructure health, backup status, system availability, and identified risks.Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.Participate in planned maintenance and provide after-hours support when required.
