Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Procurement or Supply chain / Logistics.
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply
Certified Professional in Supply Management
3–5 years of GCC procurement experience, preferably in the construction sector.
Strong negotiation and cost-control skills.
Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing procedures.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Zoho, Odoo or similar ERP/accounting software is preferred.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with Finance, Operations and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and cost control while ensuring compliance with company approval and procurement procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesManage approved purchase requirements and procurement activities.Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.Prepare quotation comparison sheets and Purchase Orders.Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and payment conditions.Identify reliable and commercially competitive suppliers.Ensure purchases are properly approved and within budget.Coordinate with Finance regarding supplier invoices and payment commitments.Support procurement cost savings and cash-flow planning.Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation.Maintain accurate inventory records and support physical stock verification.Assist with procurement-related audits and resolve supplier/payment discrepancies.Ensure transparency, confidentiality and ethical conduct in all procurement transactions.
