Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position.Previous experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, or a similar industrial environment is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management, maintenance, and warehouse operations.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple departments effectively.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent command of English and MS Office, with strong reporting and communication skills.Willingness to work in Minya, Egypt.

Badr & Asfour for Metal Industries is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility specialized in HVAC Systems and Air Distribution Products.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee overall factory operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.Lead and coordinate the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.Develop and monitor production plans to achieve delivery targets while optimizing resources and capacity.Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.Monitor production performance, productivity, downtime, and operational KPIs, taking corrective actions when needed.Coordinate with the Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth production flow.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures across the factory.
