Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC-R operation and maintenance.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC-R systems and components.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to manage teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Must be willing to work overtime and take on additional responsibility.
Description
Manage the maintenance team and oversee their effective use of HVAC equipment.Coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance of all HVAC-R systems, including:Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), DX units, Split systemsFreezing and cooling rooms, exhaust fans, pumps, valvesControl and power circuitsSupervise the execution of scheduled maintenance activities:Periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance plansEnsure the availability of necessary spare parts and tools to support maintenance operations.Enforce safety protocols during all maintenance and installation activities, following the “Safety First” principle.Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance work performed by contractors or external vendors, including development, replacement, and renovation projects.Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including:- Health and Human Services (HHS)Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)Other applicable local and international regulations
