Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3–4 years of hands-on SAP development experience. Training or experience in Agile/Scrum, DevOps or CI/CD is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. SAP certification in ABAP, Fiori/UI5 or BTP is highly desirable.
