Requirements
Prior experience managing an e-commerce brand's online presence across platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
Comfortable working in Shopify admin (orders, notes, cancellations)
Familiarity with UAE payment tools (Ziina, Tabby, Tamara) is a strong plus
Organized and detail-oriented — payment tracking must be accurate
Warm, professional written communication — you'll be messaging customers directly
English & Arabic is a required
UAE-based preferred (must be available during UAE business hours)
Familiarity with abayas or modest fashion is a bonus
