This role is responsible for overseeing the selection, handling, and presentation of all cheese products, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory, checking product freshness, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising cheese preparation and display. The Chief Cheese will also collaborate with the team to develop new cheese-based menu items or products, document standard operating procedures, and participate in staff training on proper handling techniques.
