Requires a University Degree in Engineering or Business Management, with a Master's Degree being an advantage. Professional certifications in PSCM are preferred. Must have 10+ years of experience in Procurement & Contracts and Technical roles within Procurement and Supply Chain Management, including full contract lifecycle management. A minimum of 5 years of experience with an E&P or Oilfield Services Company is required, along with Estimating, Costing & Bids Evaluation experience. Familiarity with International Commercial/Business Laws and Arbitration Procedures is essential.

Job Scope Participates in the development and execution of sourcing initiatives. Develop and execute sourcing strategies in alignment with applicable market sector and commodity strategies. The role includes understanding the local business objectives and desired outcomes, engaging internal customers, understanding options and risks associated with contracting activities, building contractor relationships in order to achieve optimal contractor performance, negotiating commercial terms to deliver best value solutions, and the measurement/reporting of the value delivered In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible to ensure all PSCM Processes are complied.Main Responsibilities Timely Procurement / Contracting of Materials / Services obtaining best value for money.Represents SNOC with the key suppliers/contractors, ensuring the asset's performance requirements are understood and being met.Regular reporting of ongoing activities and follow-up.Engages other team leaders and staff, leading and contributing to the development of improved PSCM strategy and practice in the asset.Understands the local business/market sector requirements for third party goods and servicesNegotiating contract terms and conditions with the support of legal.Engages the business and provide guidance on PSCM process and risk management.Manages supplier relationships, engagement and involvement including expediting and logistics.Conducts the full sourcing process which includes development of scope, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.Participates in the development and implementation of supplier performance management strategies.Provides on-going contract cost/claims management and risk assessment for up to 30 contracts/200 POs.Maintaining complete documentation in company prescribed forms and document management systems.Any other related tasks as assigned by line managerQualifications Required:University Degree in Engineering or Business Management.Master's Degree will be an Advantage.Professional Certifications in PSCM will be preferredExperience Required:10 Years or More Experience in Procurement & Contracts and Technical roles within Procurement and Supply Chain Management including the Preparation of Contracts right from Strategy Preparation through the Tendering Process, Award, Post-Contract Administration, Claims / Variation Management till Contract Close Out.Minimum 05-Year Experience with an E&P or Oilfield Services CompanyEstimating, Costing & Bids Evaluation ExperienceFamiliar with International Commercial / Business Laws and Arbitration Procedures & ForumsStrong Ethics & Financial Integrity is vital for this position.Work as a TEAM Member
