Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Review and process customer purchase orders received from Sales and business partners, ensuring accurate and timely order entry into ERP systems.
  • Generate internal sales orders and validate commercial, technical, and financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, due diligence requirements, and taxation guidelines.
  • Prepare letters of credit and guarantee requests in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Process orders in line with established financial and technical requirements and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide order acknowledgments to customers and project teams while confirming compliance with commercial and technical requirements.
  • Obtain quotations from factories and suppliers, review customer order requirements, and ensure alignment on pricing and technical specifications.
  • Generate and issue purchase orders to factories, suppliers, and project management teams.
  • Review supplier acknowledgements to confirm pricing, delivery commitments, quantities, and technical accuracy.
  • Manage customer change orders effectively to support customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Order Management, and Project Management teams to generate and submit customer invoices in accordance with revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions to support efficient order execution and customer success.
  • Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) practices by following company policies, participating in required training, reporting incidents or hazards, and actively contributing to a positive safety culture.
  • Maintain full utilization of the Emerson Safety App and support continuous safety improvement initiatives.

  • Experience supporting order management, customer service, sales operations, or related business processes within manufacturing, industrial, OEM, Oil & Gas, valve, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across functions, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and order processing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, payment terms, and regional taxation requirements.
  • Experience coordinating global or cross-regional customer orders and supply chain activities.

  • Experience working in multinational industrial or manufacturing environments.
