Requirements
Requires minimum 3-5 years of experience in FX/financial brokerage or a related sales role with a sales-driven mindset and a proven track record of achieving individual targets. Must possess an existing client network in FX, with the ability to contribute to business generation soon after joining. Familiarity with HNW or active FX clients, and UAE/GCC market exposure is a plus. About the Role.Wafra Capital is seeking an experienced senior relationship manager, FX, to drive client acquisition and sales growth across our brokerage products and services. This is a senior, revenue-driving role for a proven FX sales professional with an active client network and a strong track record in the institutional and HNW space.Key Responsibilities:· Drive sales growth across brokerage products and services· Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for institutional and HNW segments· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and counterparties· Ensure all sales activity complies with CMA regulations and internal policies· Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations on client onboarding and product rollout· Report on sales performance and market opportunities to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications:· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FX / financial brokerage or a related sales role· Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving individual targets· An existing client network in FX, with the ability to contribute to business generation soon after joining· Experience in FX client acquisition, retention, and relationship management· Familiarity with HNW or active FX clients; UAE/GCC market exposure is a plus·Ability to build and manage a client pipeline and work towards sales targets· Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to FX and brokerage activities· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills· Experience with a CMA-licensed Category 1 brokerage is a plus, but not requiredPreferred• Existing CMA-recognised qualifications or certifications• Arabic language proficiency• Experience with FX/currency brokerage productsWhat We Offer•Competitive compensation package• Opportunity to shape the sales function at a growing CMA-licensed firm• Collaborative, professional work environment in DubaiTo apply, please submit your CV
