Duties include leak detection, pipe and fitting repairs, valve and sanitary fixture maintenance, and general plumbing work.Electrician: Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, wiring, lighting, switches, sockets and electrical equipment. The role includes troubleshooting electrical faults and performing preventive maintenance while following safety procedures.A/C Technician: Responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems.
