Requirements
ITI, vocational certificate or technical diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical trade preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably within the UAE.
Must have practical working knowledge of HVAC/AC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Candidate should be particularly strong in at least two of the three core trades and capable of handling routine work in the third.
Ability to independently diagnose faults and carry out repairs with minimum supervision.
Ability to understand basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
Experience in residential/building/facilities maintenance is preferred.
Good communication skills and professional behaviour when dealing with customers.
UAE driving license is an advantage, if applicable.
Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join immediately will be preferred
