Requirements

  1. Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

  2. Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

  3. Fellowship, subspecialty qualification, or equivalent recognized training in Reproductive Medicine, Infertility, and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART)/IVF.

It is a pivotal role in the establishment of services at the hospital to ensure services are at an International standard and to meet and exceed accreditation standards. The Doctor should obtain the appropriate evaluation/License.Responsibilities:Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and management for patients experiencing infertility and reproductive health concerns.Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments for both male and female patients.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, clinical findings, and treatment goals.Manage and perform procedures related to assisted reproductive technologies, including: -Ovulation induction and ovarian stimulation-Follicular monitoring-Oocyte/ovum retrieval-Embryo transfer-Intrauterine insemination (IUI)-IVF and ICSI treatment cyclesManage patients requiring fertility preservation and cryopreservation services.Assess and manage complex infertility cases, including recurrent implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss.Provide appropriate counselling to patients and couples regarding fertility investigations, treatment options, risks, success rates, and expected outcomes.Work closely with embryologists, andrology specialists, genetic specialists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments, treatment plans, procedures, and patient outcomes.Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, quality of care, confidentiality, and professional ethics.Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.Contribute to clinical audits, research, teaching, and professional development activities.Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
