In this position, the advisor will assist customers with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and related services using the Sabre GDS platform. Daily tasks include handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate travel information, modifying existing bookings, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The advisor will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening, communicating clearly in English, and offering suitable travel options that meet customer needs and policies. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, company procedures, and promotional offers, while collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve performance and quality targets.QualificationsStrong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering positive experiences and effective problem resolution.Excellent communication skills in English at C1 level, including clear verbal and written interaction with international customers.Proficiency in travel arrangements and travel agency operations, including hands-on experience using Sabre or similar GDS tools.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and requests in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in the travel or airline industry, contact centers, or customer support roles is highly beneficial.Comfort working on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn internal systems and workflows.Formal education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
