Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients across different age groups. Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting. Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans. Provide health screening, risk assessment, and disease prevention services. Manage patients with multiple and complex medical conditions. Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with relevant specialists when required. Provide appropriate health education and lifestyle counseling to patients and families. Monitor chronic disease management and support long-term patient care. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and clinical documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to teaching, training, and mentoring of junior medical staff. Promote patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based medical practice. Stay updated with current developments, guidelines, and best practices in family medicine. Requirements Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent from a recognized institution. Recognized postgraduate qualification in family medicine/general practice or a relevant specialty. Significant post-specialty clinical experience in family medicine. Strong experience in managing patients across different age groups and a broad range of medical conditions. Experience in chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and primary healthcare. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
