The successful candidate will provide occupational health and emergency medical care to employees at an industrial or corporate worksite, manage workplace injuries and illnesses, and support occupational health, safety, and wellness programs. Key responsibilities Provide first aid and immediate medical care for workplace injuries and medical emergencies. Assess, stabilize, and manage employees presenting with acute illnesses or injuries. Respond promptly to workplace accidents and emergency situations. Conduct initial assessment and appropriate management of occupational injuries. Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical records for all cases. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized physicians. Provide wound care, dressing, injections, and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice. Coordinate emergency transfers to hospitals and communicate with emergency medical services when required. Maintain and monitor the site's first-aid room, emergency equipment, medications, and medical supplies. Conduct basic health assessments and support employee wellness and health promotion programs. Assist with occupational health screening and periodic medical assessments. Maintain proper documentation of workplace injuries, medical consultations, and treatment provided. Support workplace health and safety initiatives and participate in emergency preparedness and drills. Educate employees on workplace health, hygiene, injury prevention, and occupational health practices. Work closely with the HSE team, occupational health physicians, management, and other relevant departments. Ensure compliance with Oman healthcare regulations, occupational health standards, company policies, and infection control procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information at all times. Requirements Qualifications & requirements Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution. Valid professional nursing registration or license or eligibility to practice in Oman. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial, occupational health, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or large-scale corporate environment. Male nurse candidates preferred or required based on site requirements. Current BLS certification is mandatory. ACLS certification is an advantage. Strong experience in first aid, emergency response, wound care, and occupational injury management. Good knowledge of infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in an industrial or remote worksite environment. Physically fit and capable of responding to workplace emergencies.
