This role focuses on delivering high quality results in Pricing & Tender Management expertise and contributing to strategic initiatives.About The JobSource competitive rates for enquiriesSource rates for contractual RFQs from local and origin officesSet up regular meetings with Sales Team to gather volume forecast and discuss on current market situations about service or space constraintsLiaise with regional trade heads of Hellmann globally for FCL & LCL rate filingUnderstand and optimize the freight bidsOrganizing regular meetings with shipping lines and consolidatorsCollaborate with shipping line & co loaders on space allocations for FCLs and LCLSStrategic negotiations with shipping lines for additional space allocation using accurate forecasts and volume commitmentsManage an internal freight check system for UAE for FCL and LCLManage a team of UAE pricingSet up KPIs acceptable to all the stakeholders regarding freight enquiry response lead timeReporting on KPIs and set improvement plan after evaluating gap analysis reportBuilding bullet proof SOPs and work instructions to improve efficiency and productivityMentor the team and provide opportunities for growthOrganize appraisal meeting with the team, assign and evaluate half yearly and yearly performance targets and objectivesGenerate freight comparison matrix to help the sales team to close right sales offersAbout YouMinimum 3 years experience in Pricing in the UAEGood Contact with local shipping lines Proficient in MS Office and it's applicationsAbout Our BenefitsA strong Team Spirit and a lot of fun togetherA safe, multi-cultural and inclusive environmentIndividual opportunities for growth and developmentInclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
