Requirements
Min. 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience with a solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL foundations. Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ServiceNow Flow Designer or legacy Workflow Editor. Basic JavaScript scripting knowledge for platform customizations is required. Soft skills include clear communication, detail-orientation, problem-solving, self-organization, a customer-focused mindset, and proactive knowledge sharing.
