Requirements
The role holder is responsible for New Markets Adjacencies activities, engaging with associated subsidiaries to drive the execution of Shared Group strategic programs and participating in adjacent growth opportunities. This involves supporting other business units for operational partnerships, leveraging Centers of Excellence, ensuring knowledge transfer, and facilitating collaboration among subsidiaries. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration, with 2-4 years of prior experience in PMO, Financial Management, or Business expansion within the telecommunication industry, is required. Practical innovation, critical thinking, business and market research, stakeholder management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills are essential.

Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for New Markets Adjacencies activities Engage with the New Market associatedsubsidiaries to drive the execution of Shared Group strategic programs, ensuring consistent alignment with NMS&E and NM PM. Participate in the execution of adjacent growth opportunities in alignment with the NM VC andNM PM . The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies andprocedure.Job Responsibility Engage with the New Market associated subsidiaries to drive the execution of Shared Group strategicprograms, ensuring consistent alignment with NM S&E and NM PM Participate in the execution of adjacent growth opportunities in alignment with the NM VC and NM PM. Supports other BU's & FU's for new and existing operational partnerships across Group by leading theidentification/socialization of potential collaboration across all stc subsidiaries and OpCos. Leverages Centers of Excellence across Group to replicate success across subsidiaries in New Marketscluster. Ensure knowledge transfer across the Group (lessons learnt , trends, best practices, etc.) related to thelatest trends. Assist BUs and FUs in implementing Group initiatives by facilitating discussions and fostering collaborationamong all relevant subsidiaries within the New Markets cluster.
