Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within the UAE construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC industry.
Proven experience working on Pumping Stations, Water Transmission Networks, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), District Cooling Plants (DCP), Substations, or similar infrastructure projects.
Experience working on projects for TAQA, TRANSCO, or similar utility authorities is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation, client safety standards, and international best practices.
Mandatory Certifications
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory.
Preferred Certifications
TAQA HSE Approval – Preferred.
TRANSCO HSE Approval – Preferred.
IOSH Managing Safely / IOSH Working Safely – Advantage.
ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor – Advantage.
First Aid, Fire Warden, and Confined Space certifications will be an added advantage.

Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Preference
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
Previous experience with leading UAE infrastructure, utilities, EPC, or contracting companies will be highly advantageous.
Candidates holding TAQA or TRANSCO approvals will be given priority consideration.
