Key Responsibilities:Issue customer invoices based on contracts and campaign Order Intake, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.Monitor the complete billing cycle and ensure billing is aligned with campaign execution milestones.Record and reconcile Credit Notes and Debit Notes.Prepare and regularly update customer Statements of Account (SOA).Prepare Invoice Aging Reports and follow up on overdue invoices.Calculate and monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by client and Account Manager.Perform customer account and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.Investigate discrepancies between system records and actual collections.Ensure accurate payment allocation against the correct invoices.Prepare regular reports on the Top 10 Overdue Clients.Provide Account Managers with accurate financial information and account status.Support the review and approval of credit limits for new and existing clients.???? 2. Cash Collection SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Follow up with clients daily/weekly to collect outstanding receivables according to agreed payment schedules.Communicate directly with clients’ payment contacts via phone and email regarding outstanding payments and due dates.Escalate significantly overdue accounts to Account Managers and/or Finance Management.Record cash and bank receipts promptly and allocate payments to the correct invoices.Track collections across multiple bank accounts.Monitor and report monthly collection performance against targets.Prepare Cash Collection Forecasts based on expected receivables.Monitor collection percentages against issued invoices.Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports for Finance Management.Coordinate with the Client Accounts team to ensure balances are accurate before collection activities.Coordinate with the Accounting team to resolve unmatched, unidentified, or duplicated payments.
