Basic Responsibilities:The Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that build employee capability and support organizational goals. This role involves supervising the L&D team, managing training operations, and ensuring learning initiatives are effective, engaging, and aligned with business needs.2. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:2.1 Main Tasks:• Training Program Design & Delivery:- Supervise the design, development, and delivery of training programs across departments.- Facilitate or coordinate facilitators for workshops, onboarding sessions, and skill-building programs.- Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with company standards.• Training Needs Assessment & Planning:- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and managers.- Develop and manage the annual training calendar and learning roadmap.- Prioritize learning initiatives based on business impact and skill gaps.• Team Leadership & Development:- Supervise a team of trainers, coordinators, and content developers.- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development guidance.- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team and across the organization.• Onboarding & Employee Development:- Oversee the design and execution of the new hire onboarding program.- Support career development pathways and succession planning initiatives.• Learning Management & Administration:- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content, records, and reporting are up to date.- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venues, and materials.• Performance Measurement & Evaluation:- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments and feedback.- Analyze learning data to recommend improvements and demonstrate ROI.• Budget & Vendor Management:- Assist in managing the L&D budget and controlling training costs.- Liaise with external training providers, consultants, and content vendors.• Compliance & Policy Alignment:- Ensure mandatory and compliance training is completed on schedule.- Align learning content with company policies, values, and industry regulations.• Collaboration & Internal Coordination:- Work closely with HR, department heads, and senior management to align learning strategy with business goals.- Partner with recruitment and performance management teams on talent development initiatives.• Innovation & Trend Monitoring:- Stay updated on emerging learning methodologies, e-learning tools, and industry best practices.- Introduce new formats such as microlearning, blended learning, and digital training tools.
