Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR function. Excellent command of written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills, and excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and a proactive mindset with attention to detail are required. Experience coordinating training programs and working with learning management systems is an advantage, as is experience in a multinational environment.

A leading multinational manufacturing company is looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join their HR team and support the growth and development of their employees across the MENA Cluster. who will drive learning initiatives, coordinate training programs, support performance management processes, foster a strong feedback culture, and contribute to employee engagement and development activities that create a positive business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & DevelopmentSupport the annual training planning process, including training needs analysis, validation, implementation, and tracking across the MENA ClusterCoordinate and administer all learning and development activities, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employeesMonitor and manage training budgets, working closely with Finance and HR Reporting teams to ensure cost efficiency and effective budget utilizationOrganize training programs from start to finish, including logistics, venues, vendors, catering, training materials, attendance tracking, evaluations, certifications, and reportingServe as the primary contact for training coordination and follow-up across the MENA regionMonitor training KPIs and conduct regular audits to ensure learning effectiveness and compliancePartner with managers and employees to develop and implement individual development plansMeasure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback, KPIs, and business needsSupport the implementation and monitoring of the eSkill Matrix project and related development initiativesEnsure employees complete mandatory learning and compliance trainingCreate and maintain training reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholdersSupport succession planning initiatives by identifying competency gaps and coordinating targeted development programsCollaborate closely with the Regional HR Team, Country Training Coordinators, and Corporate Academy to support learning strategies and development prioritiesCreate purchase requests and manage administrative processes related to training activitiesPerformance Management & Employee DevelopmentSupport and coordinate the annual performance management cycle, ensuring a smooth and impactful Employee Dialogue processPartner with managers and employees to enhance goal-setting quality and promote meaningful development conversationsMonitor the effectiveness of performance and development goals across the regionPromote and strengthen a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and developmentWork on Talent Management, Key Positioning, Succession Planning & Individual Development PlansEmployee Engagement & Internal CultureSupport the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, CSR activities, team-building events, and corporate gatheringsContribute to internal communication and culture-related programs that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational valuesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent planning, organization, and time management abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointA proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for people developmentExperience3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR functionExperience coordinating training programs and working with learning management systems is an advantageExperience in a multinational environment is highly desirable
