Requirements
Diploma / Degree / Engineering qualification in MEP, Civil Engineering or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in MEP supervision, maintenance, facilities or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, ducting, plumbing, pipes, fittings and electrical materials.
Experience supervising and managing MEP technicians.
Good knowledge of site operations and MEP material handling.
Strong coordination, scheduling, reporting and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
Experience in Real Estate Maintenance / Facilities Management / Construction is preferred.
Retail or multi location maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
