Requirements
Significant experience leading large-scale, people-intensive operations in data centers, cloud infrastructure, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or another highly complex operational environment. Proven experience operating at hyperscale and building systems that allow organizations to grow significantly without increasing headcount proportionally. Demonstrated ability to design operating models that manage work, capacity, throughput, productivity, quality, and performance systematically.
