Job Description
A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced specialist / consultant urologist to join its expanding clinical team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive urological care, including the diagnosis and surgical management of urinary tract and male reproductive conditions. The role offers an opportunity to work in a modern healthcare environment with advanced facilities and a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a broad range of urological conditions.
Perform elective and emergency urological procedures according to clinical expertise.
Manage urinary tract disorders, kidney and bladder conditions, prostate disorders, and male reproductive conditions.
Perform endoscopic, minimally invasive, and open urological procedures as appropriate.
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up.
Manage urological emergencies and complex cases.
Collaborate with radiology, oncology, nephrology, and other relevant specialties.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice.
