Description
  • Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot NOV products.
  • Conduct field installations, system calibrations, and operational testing of equipment.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades while ensuring systems are operating efficiently.
  • Train customers on the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and functionality of NOV equipment.
  • Accurately complete and submit field service reports, inspection records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Communicate equipment failures, customer feedback, and field observations to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide technical support while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Adhere to all NOV HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards.
