By simplifying access to recruiters and hiring managers, InterviewDirects aims to shorten the job search process and reduce barriers to new opportunities. Team members contribute to meaningful work that supports people in transition and helps them secure their next role.Role Description This is a part-time remote Cold Caller role focused on reaching out to potential hiring contacts and candidates. On a daily basis, the Cold Caller will make outbound calls, introduce InterviewDirects’ services, and explain how the platform connects job seekers with hiring professionals. The role includes gathering basic information, confirming interest, and scheduling follow-up conversations or referrals. The Cold Caller will document call outcomes in simple tracking tools, share insights with the team, and follow scripts while adjusting messaging based on the needs of each contact. Collaboration with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve call effectiveness is expected.
