The PMO project role would be based full-time in the Client's offices in Riyadh, KSA.Job PurposeThe Senior Training & Induction Manager is responsible for providing inductions to mobilizing Project Management Consultants (PMCs), contractors and design consultants, as well as developing learning and development strategies. Duties include assessing necessary skills, vetting PMC trainers (train the trainers) and implementing training strategies. The role includes oversight of PMCs to confirm compliance with orientation for the Development purpose, organizational structure, security and emergency management, and HSE requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include the following:Providing onboarding and orientation for mobilizing employeesAssess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultationsSearching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher knowledge and safety among staffDevelopment of training program that supports and enables the development of recent university graduates in career growthResearching new training supplies and materials that can enhance training procedures while providing value to employeesIdentifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that trainingCommunicating with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are metConducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hiresResolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessaryOversee training and development staffAssess employees needs for trainingAlign training with the organization's goalsCreate and manage training budgetsDevelop and implement training programsReview and select training materials from a variety of vendorsUpdate training programs to ensure that they are relevantTeach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisorsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructorsMaintain training records for compliance and track employee progressQualifications & Experience:EducationBachelor degree in human resources, education, business or similar.Preferred CertificationsCertifications in training and development, e.g. Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Association for Talent Development (ATD), or similar.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in the development, implementation and management of Learning Management Systems.Proven experience in:Learning Management Systems
